Getting your XETA Mobile App up and running is simple! Follow these steps to access your network monitoring and wallet features in minutes.
TO DOWNLOAD THE APP
Download & Install
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iOS device. For Android Devices, Open the Android Playstore.

Search for "XETA App" and tap the "Get" button to install
Create Your Account

Set up your account by entering your email address, or use "Already have an account" to sign in if you're returning

Create a secure password for your app and XETA wallet - this protects your account and wallet access, so choose something strong and memorable
- Check your email for a verification link and tap to confirm your account

Reopen the app and sign in with your email and password
Connect Your XETA Network
- Network setup guidance - New to XETA? The app provides helpful setup tips. Already configured your network? Simply tap "Next" to continue

Register your devices by entering the serial number from the bottom of your XETA Gateway (usually starts with "JP" - see example in app). This links all devices on your network to your account
Your XETA Wallet

Wallet creation - Your secure XETA wallet is automatically created on the Solana blockchain, providing you with fast transactions and enterprise-grade security through Solana's proven network infrastructure

Dashboard access - You're now in! Your dashboard displays your XETA wallet balance (don't worry if it shows 0 initially - exciting updates are coming soon!)
Monitor Your Network
Your app dashboard gives you instant visibility into:
- Network status - See all connected devices at a glance
- Device health - Monitor which devices are online or offline
- Overall performance - Track your network's health and performance metrics
That's it! You're ready to manage your XETA network and wallet from anywhere. We'd love to hear your feedback.
Note: XETA App is currently designed for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) and isn't compatible with macOS (e.g. MacBook). The app needs to be installed through the App Store on an iOS device.
