TROUBLESHOOT MISSING TOKENS
1. Have you register for the Xeta App yet? Here is a helpful article: https://xeta.net/blogs/support/xeta-mobile-app-getting-started
2. When you register, make sure that you use the SAME email for the app that you did when you made purchase on the website. These 2 MUST match!
3. When you log into the app, you will see the token rewards in your account.
4. If your email address on the App is different than the email address when you made purchase, Or if you have completed steps 1-3 and you are still not seeing your tokens in the app, please contact help@xeta.net.

5.1. Login to discord. Create an account if you don’t already have one. It’s free. On the side menu, go down to #support-ticket. Click on that, and it will prompt you to create a support ticket. For the subject line: MISSING 50K Bonus Tokens. All of our engineers and developers have access to the Discord support tickets and they will all be able to help you with tokens, trouble shooting the app, XETA equipments, and anything else that you may run into.
