I Changed My Mind, Can I Get a Refund?

Yes, you can return your XETA XG7 kit if you changed your mind—as long as you meet our return requirements.

Quick Return Requirements

You can return your unopened device within 14 days of delivery if:

  • ✅ The box remains unopened
  • ✅ You haven't registered the device in the XETA App
  • ✅ You haven't redeemed any tokens (including bonus tokens)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at HELLO@ XETA.NET with subject line: "Return Request"
  2. We'll verify you meet the requirements above
  3. We'll provide a warehouse address for return shipping
  4. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend insurance)
  5. Once we inspect and approve your return, you'll receive a full refund

What You'll Get Back

  • Full purchase price you paid
  • Taxes
  • Refund goes back to your original payment method (3-10 days processing)

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded since they were used by our shipping partners.
